Managed the correction and production of a custom printed fabric after the initial delivery arrived with an incorrect background color. Coordinated directly with the Italian mill, referencing previously approved production to clarify color standards and troubleshoot inconsistencies across multiple test runs. Over approximately one month, tracked revisions, followed up through production delays, and managed communication with the overseas vendor until the corrected fabric was approved and delivered.

The finished textile was later used in a Mi Jong Lee garment worn by Hillary Clinton on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
